Pavetech Imaging Project Manager, David T. Lott, P.E. brings 25 years of experience in civil engineering and maintenance services from his career at TxDOT and working with Pavetech Imaging on contracts with DFW Airport the last 5 + years. David will provide the pavement management expertise he developed over his comprehensive transportation career as a TxDOT Area Engineer to facilitate delivery of a successful project. Following are relevant projects he is currently under contract to perform or has completed professional pavement management services on:
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (2010, 2014)
Pavetech Imaging collected and processed pavement condition data for 7-Runway and 12-Taxiways. Pavement condition data includes video distress data, and automatic measurements of roughness. The videos were reviewed for distress and then all of the data was calculated to provide DFW with a Pavement Condition Index (PCI). DFW staff and Pavetech staff in 2010 populated Hyperlink Images of Distressed Slabs to the Panel Numbering System as well. Pavetech is current contracted to provide the same services in April 2014.
